All prices are per person (aged 3+) and are inclusive of the use of all of the facilities within the venue for the specified time period.

Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times

PARKING

Waterworld Strand has no designated parking spaces

Public/municipal parking is available at the beachfront and is subject to available spaces

TABLES

Indoor tables have priority reservations for groups and parties

Any available tables thereafter will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis

PARTY PRICES

  • R110.00 per person water-sliding with a minimum of 10 water-sliders or a minimum fee of R1100 for 2 hours.

  • R25 fee for spectators / non-riders

  • The parents and grandparents of the birthday child have free entry

  • Prices are inclusive of all facilities at the venue

  • Please note that 60% of your entire group must pay the party rate of R110

Three 2-hour time slots are available for parties:

9.30 – 11.30 AM

12.30 – 2.30 PM

3.50 – 5.30 PM

Any time from 1 PM for 2 hours

(closed on Mondays)

WEATHER

In the event of bad weather:

1. Postpone to another date that suits both parties

2. Come anyway – the water is solar heated, and undercover seating is available

3. Cancel with full refund

PARTY TABLES

  • Party tables are reserved in the undercover area

  • Party tables can be set up 30 minutes before the start time

  • Party tables are allocated based on the number of confirmed watersliders attending the party

  • There is plenty of seating in and around the venue for spectators

PAYMENT

  • A 50% deposit via EFT is required to secure a booking

  • The balance is payable on the day at the venue

  • Discounted group rates are only applicable to bookings confirmed with a 50% deposit

  • Credit card facilities are available at the venue

CHANGES AND REFUNDS

  • Final number of children to be confirmed 7 days before the party date (for table allocations)

  • Change in party date allowed up to 7 days before party date

  • No refunds if cancelled within 7 days before the party date (unless weather unsuitable on the day)

  • Table allocation will not be increased to accommodate additional children on the day
